  • Session Data: Full transcripts of interactions during synthetic interviews and focus groups, along with generated analyses and summaries.

  • Usage Data and Metadata: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, actions taken, and frequency/duration of activities.
  • Device and Connection Information: Details about the device you use to access the Service, like OS type, IP address, unique device identifiers, and network data.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers and Sub‑processors: We work with third‑party providers to operate, provide, improve, understand, personalize, support, and market our Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processors, AI model providers).
